Welcome to the IT helpdesk. In here you will be able to send us your queries, requests, issues, and report any ongoing problems that might exist. In time there will be FAQ's, forum and similar knowledge base that will be available for you to browse through to help understand and solve common problems yourself, hopefully, this will then limit your waiting time and you can carry on with your working day.

To raise a 'ticket' with your request, query, question or issue, please click on the 'Submit a request' link at the top of the page near your name/sign-in option. You can also send an email to itsupport@in-syncgroup.com.

NB: Signing in will allow you to view your previously logged tickets and the progress of any current tickets and any notes or comments that have been added by IT.
