My phone won't go on DND

If you find that your phone will not go on Do Not Disturb (DND) by pressing the DND button or via the menu option.

The best course of action is to restart your phone.

This can be done by:

• unplugging the Red Cable and plugging it back in
• Going to Home > Settings > Basic > Restart Phone
