Phone Book / Corporate Directory not working

If you find that your phone will not go on cannot view any of the corporate directories (phone book)

The best course of action is to restart your phone.

This can be done by:

• unplugging the Red Cable and plugging it back in
• Going to Home > Settings > Basic > Restart Phone
